Upload Content Agreement

Effective Date: May 04, 2026

By uploading any video or audio recording to CoverMe, you agree to these Upload Content Agreement rules. These rules are an integral part of our Terms of Service.

1. Only Original Content Created in the App

You may upload only content that you personally created directly within the CoverMe app.

This includes only your own musical instrument performance or your singing. Uploading any other video or audio is not allowed.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that:

• Your content is completely original and does not contain any copyrighted material (songs, melodies, arrangements, samples);
• You will not upload covers or performances of commercially released songs unless you have obtained all necessary licenses from the copyright owner;
• You have all rights, licenses, and permissions required to upload and publicly share this content.

3. Collaborations (Joint Projects)

Up to 4 musicians may participate in one project. Each participant retains copyright ownership of their own performance (their playing or singing).

By participating in a collaboration, all participants agree that their content may be combined into a single video and displayed together within the CoverMe app.

4. Your Responsibility

You are fully and solely responsible for all content you upload. CoverMe is not liable for any copyright infringement or other violations caused by your uploads.

5. License Granted to CoverMe

By uploading content (including participation in collaborations), you grant CoverMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify (for collaboration purposes), and distribute your content within the Service.

6. Right to Remove Content

CoverMe reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules at any time, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
